A really cute, hidden and authentic restaurant which offers several typical Portuguese dishes. The food is freshly cooked and really tastes like homemade. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They also have many vegetarian and vegan options. Special recommendation: their healthy apple cake without sugar and flour!

Serving staff and owner/chef Lena happily talked us through their signature dishes. No kidding, personal warmth and cheerfulness could be infectious … and for a sweet ending, leave space for Lena’s homestyle desserts!
Definitely a hidden gem tucked in a little corner just off the main drag. Incredibly charming and welcoming place. The food is really tasty, well balanced, using fresh, healthy ingredients, and the presentation superb! You know immediately when you get the dish that the chef/owner takes great care and pride preparing the food.
I was so impressed by the breakfast I had there (toasts with eggs and bacon, simple yet so delicious!) that I went back for lunch. And I was proven right again! Reasonably priced too.
Excellent home made Portuguese dishes. Good portions, very friendly service. Very small and cozy spot, open without afternoon break so you can eat at 4pm if you like
We ordered rice with beef - the meat was super good 👍🏻 rice seems a little bit overcooked for me, the rest of the order was great, especially soup 🍲 service is very good, friendly, very nice lady helped with the order - thank you ☺️
So pleased we stumbled across Coisas da Lena. Amazing food, including a full veggie menu - what a treat - and a lovely, homely atmosphere. 100% recommend if you're a fan of tasty, healthy home cooking.
